World Suicide Prevention Day was observed earlier this month. I thought my readers might be interested in the data available on the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention web site. You can find data such as suicide rates by age, gender, and State. You’ll also find national (USA), and international suicide statistics.
It was interesting to note the inclusion of creative individuals such as authors, artists, and musicians in the discussion of special populations at risk.
